Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after this time, the duration of your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full value of the reserved service will be charged.

At Nancy Torres Beauty & Body, we pride ourselves on offering certified technology and high-quality protocols. However, facial and body aesthetics is not an exact science. Results vary significantly depending on each patient's genetics, metabolism, lifestyle, and adherence to at-home aftercare. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific results, and no refunds are provided for services rendered or packages initiated.
